The Groovin' Foot Workshop - ReCharged!

It is time for yet another EXCITING Groovin' Foot Workshop. After a brief break in September for our Denver Congress, we are back - Fully RECHARGED!!! We are going to keep building on ideas learned in the previous workshops and some of those from the congress. I'll also be introducing some NEW, FUN, moves that will make you MOVE, WORK, and SWEAT.
