The magic of FRAME

Hi everyone! Partner dancing is so awesome in so many ways but at the same time there are more rules and restrictions to what should and shouldn't and can and cannot be done since we are dealing with another person. One of the tools that are essential to acquire is the famous FRAME, something that helps us connect, lead and follow, stay safe, establish boundaries and give us a concrete place to be (within the frame). We could and probably should spend more than just 2 hours learing about the frame but something is better than nothing! ;) This workshop is designed to go through the most important rules of frame work. We wil go over how and when to use it and you will be amazed how important the frame is in zouk.
