Each one stands alone — and yet together, they unfold a powerful return home. 🌾 Why This Ceremony Matters If Ceremony 3 explored how we relate to others, Ceremony 4 invites us into the wilderness within — the instinctive, intuitive, untamed parts of ourselves that modern life often quiets. Brené Brown writes that “true belonging requires us to belong to ourselves first.” and that doing so often means stepping into the wilderness — the place where authenticity outweighs approval. This ceremony is about meeting that wilderness. We live in a culture that rewards control, predictability, and perfectionistic self-management. But our vitality, creativity, and intuition don’t live in control — they live in sensation, expression, breath, sound, and movement.
