Sessions will be offered from 9am-10pm with 30 min breaks between sessions plus 2 hr breaks for lunch and dinner. There will be food to buy available on site and there are many local eateries to try or you can bring your own food. Please pace yourself where you need to be. You know your body best. Dance YOUR dance, for you, your body holds the medicine you need. Together, the space is held sacred and safe. You can always ask if you are unsure. Touch always requires consent. Personal Space must be respected at all times.
