CJ Swing presents: THE PLAYGROUND – HISTORY OF SWING EDITION By now, you’ve probably seen or heard about the inspiring "History of Swing" sesson presented by Robert Royston at MADjam. CJ Swing wants to pay homage to our forefathers and mothers of swing by going back in time for some fun play sessions. Our featured instructor: TALETHA JOUZDANI, WCS CHAMPION Taletha is a nationally recognized Champion-level competitor, instructor and judge. A five-time US Open Classic finalist, she is known for her clean, playful and classy style. She has been teaching partner dancing for more than 16 years and is known for her ability to create the perfect balance of technique and play in her instruction. Swing set played by DJ LIZ RAVDIN THE SYLLABUS Play Sessions: 7:00-7:55 PM: Color Me Blues Get back to your roots by learning the flavor and style of dancing to blues music. 8:00-8:55 PM: Retro Swing Pay respect to the greats by learning some throwback patterns, footwork and styling moves that transcends time.
