The Power of Connection by Olga Fedotova International Dance Therapy Workshop for kizomba dancers and everyone who wants to experience freedom of self-expression through dance. This workshop is for all dance levels.This workshop is not about technique, but about connection with the soul and body. And yes, you can come with a partner or you can come alone. THE POWER OF CONNECTION is an unique combination of dance practices, psychological techniques, psychosomatic research, dance-movement therapy and voice work. Dance as therapy - in dance, boundaries are erased, social status and value judgments do not exist. Through dance we come back to ourselves, begin to trust our bodies and partners, free ourselves from emotional and physical blocks. And most importantly, dance is fun! Who is this workshop for?
