THE POWER OF CONNECTION

After a year of traveling the world, I am delighted to announce that the dance therapy workshop THE POWER OF CONNECTION is returning to Canada. Everyone who has wanted to experience the full spectrum of body and emotion work through dance, I would be happy to see all of you on June 16th from 2 to 5pm in beloved Montreal. THE POWER OF CONNECTION is for you if: you want to find joy in simple things again you want to reconnect with your body, trust and listen to it you want to release all negative emotions you want to accept yourself for who you are you want to start expressing yourself fully without judgment THE POWER OF CONNECTION is a safe space where you can share different experiences with like-minded people. I always make sure everyone feels comfortable, so I keep the workshop small with just 10 participants. I'm excited to welcome those who need support and help right now! THE POWER OF CONNECTION is a symbiosis of dance practices, psychological techniques, and research in the field of psychosomatics, dance movement therapy, body and voice work. And you don't have to know how to dance at all! This workshop is not about technique, but about connection with the soul and body. And yes, you can come with a partner or you can come alone. Also this workshop is very useful for kizomba and bzouk dancers - believe me after you will experience a completely different level of connection in partner dance.
