A 4-Day Immersion into the Relational Field
This is an invitation into 4-days of shared practice, presence, and depth.
This offering lives in experience rather than explanation. It’s a relational field we co-create through embodiment, attention, and choice.
I’ll be guiding a small group through an immersive journey at Tierramor, Costa Rica. Moving from embodied presence, into relational intimacy, and finally into facilitation and working with collective relational intelligence.
This immersion is for those who feel the call to slow down, listen more deeply, and let something emerge… in relationship, in the body, and in the spaces we co-create.
• The Immersion Journey •
This four-day immersion unfolds progressively. From landing in the body, into relational intimacy and choice. And finally, into facilitation and collective leadership. It is experiential, relational, and grounded.
• What We’ll Be Doing Together •
This is a curated relational field and a playful, sincere laboratory for connection.
Across the 4 days, we’ll weave together:
• Somatic and nervous-system–aware practices
• Relational attunement and intimacy explorations
• Partnered and group fieldwork
• Movement, stillness, breath, and devotional dance
• Touch- and consent-based practices (always invitational)
• Emergent group process guided by what’s alive in the field
This work is not about finding “the right way” to relate. It’s about discovering what becomes possible when we meet from the body, from the moment, and from choice.
Whether you’re a facilitator, practitioner, seeker, or simply someone longing for more honesty and aliveness in relationship, this immersion is designed to meet you where you are.
• The Days •
Day 1 – Entering the Field: February 16, 2026
2 sessions (2.5 hours each)
We begin slowly. This day is about arrival- into the body, the land, and the shared field.
We’ll explore:
• Settling the nervous system
• Listening to sensation as information
• Cultivating awareness beneath thought
As the day unfolds, we’ll begin to sense how attention shapes the relational field between people and how presence itself becomes a form of leadership.
Day 2 – Relating from Choice: February 17, 2026
2 sessions (2.5 hours each)
This day is devoted to relational attunement- learning to sense, feel, and move with what is actually happening between us.
Rather than following scripts or habits, we explore how relationship organizes itself moment by moment when we stay present and responsive.
Through somatic and relational practice, we explore:
• Sensing the meeting point between self and other
• Tracking attraction, hesitation, and timing as living information
• Staying connected to oneself while allowing genuine contact
• Discovering how choice emerges through attunement rather than effort
The emphasis is on self-trust, responsiveness, and authenticity. Learning to stay in contact while allowing relationship to move, shift, and find its own shape.
Day 3 – Intimacy as a Practice: February 18, 2026
10:00–18:00 + Evening Temple
This is a full-day immersion into relational depth and intimacy.
Drawing from the roots of Embodied Intimacy and The Field, this space is for those who long to be more fully met: in their bodies, their truth, and their relationships.
This day is open to:
• Singles
• Couples
• People in alternative or undefined relating constellations
We’ll engage in extended practices exploring intimacy as a present-moment experience (emotional, energetic, and relational) always grounded in nervous system awareness and choice.
The day culminates in a facilitated temple space: An invitational environment for embodied and sensual exploration, held with clear agreements, self-attunement, and deep respect for boundaries.
Nothing is required. Everything is by choice.
Day 4 – The Field Facilitator Masterclass: February 19, 2026
A one-day deep dive
This final day is for facilitators, leaders, and anyone curious about working with groups and collective fields.
I’ll choose a specific topic from my Field Facilitator Training and we’ll spend the day deepening into it together.
We’ll explore:
• Listening to group intelligence
• Working with collective fields rather than directing outcomes
• Presence as the foundation of facilitation and leadership
This day is both experiential and practical, with insights you can carry into facilitation, leadership, community spaces, and life itself.

• The Wider Container •
This immersion is held within the larger rhythm of Tierramor. A land-based retreat center devoted to simplicity, presence, and nervous-system restoration.
You’re welcome to arrive early or stay longer, allowing the experience to unfold at a pace that nourishes you. Tierramor offers a spacious container of forest, birds, open sky, and local community… a place where doing less makes room for deeper listening.
Alongside our immersion days, guests are held in a supportive rhythm of daily yoga and evening meditation, nourishing communal meals, and access to trails, gardens, and quiet spaces for rest or reflection. Optional offerings such as ecstatic dance, sound healing, and kirtan may also be part of the wider retreat schedule during your stay.
This larger context allows the work we do together to land more fully as it is supported by the land, the simplicity of daily life, and time to integrate what emerges.
About My Work • Rachel Rickards
I work at the intersection of intimacy, embodiment, and relational intelligence.
I’m the co-founder of Embodied Intimacy, and the creator of The Field, an evolving body of practice that explores how groups, relationships, and communities organize when we listen beneath words and attune to what’s actually here.
My work is guided by a simple but demanding question: What is the field asking for and how do we learn to listen?
At Tierramor, we’ll explore this question together, in rhythm with the land, the group, and the intelligence that emerges when we stop trying to control the outcome but are guided by what wants to happen.
