The Road to Dance Beyond :: A Full Moon Celebration in Brooklyn

Join us on Thursday December 8th for a very special gathering as we begin our journey to the Dance Beyond Winter Retreat. This will be a collaboration between Dance Lab & Ecstatic Dance NYC and will take place at a beautiful ballroom in Brooklyn. We will be coming together in celebration of the Full Moon and it will also be our final gathering of 2022 in NYC. We will start with an opening warmup class followed by an Ecstatic Dance with live DJ's and musicians, ending with a closing sound meditation. This is a safe space for people from all walks of life to join us. No prior dance experience required. Move your body however you wish! ✦ What to Bring: 1. Loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and free yourself 2. Water and a water bottle. You can refill it at the venue.
