The Salsa Addicts "All Star" Charity Gala + Big Raffle & Show

"Your" Salsa Addicts Group has been going 6 years now so we thought it would be a good idea to celebrate that with a one off Salsa Addicts Charity Gala. After a lot of searching for a suitable venue and date I have now finalised on a great venue in Bristol (NEW to Salsa) that can accommodate afternoon workshops and a BIG party. It has a large wooden dance floor and a late finish of 12:45am!! The plan is to run with 12 x afternoon workshops between 2pm-6pm and a couple more lessons (side by side) in the first hour of the party 7:30pm-12:45am. However if the early uptake of tickets is high then we might be able to add in a few more workshops by paying for another room. I'm very pleased to announce that a host of national & local teachers and DJ's have agreed to give up their time to support this event.... so far to include: Rosa and Giles Nicolai V Angus Phil Heath Jools Lee Swift Darran and Vava Alex and Hannah Aaron Cedric and Julie Dan and Bex Eddie The charities we are supporting are: 1) The Lewy Body Dementia Association (for my mums memory) 2) The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children Charity Final "On The Door" pricing will be as follows: (FP) Full Pass - Daytime Workshops & Party = £25 (DW) Daytime Workshops Only = £20 (EP) Evening Lesson & Party Only = £10 However the objective will be to encourage and early uptake of tickets with "early bird" prices swayed in favour of people buying a Full Pass (FP). This will ensure as much money going to our chosen charities as possible. Early Bird Pricing Structure: APRIL: FP = £20 MAY: FP = £22 JUNE: FP = £23 JULY: FP = £24 / DW = £19 / EP = £9 AUG & DOOR: FP = £25 / DW = £10 / EP = £10 Tim Heasman has very kindly offered to host and organise the tickets sales through his Salsa Nights website. No doubt a few more surprises will be in store for you on the night too!! Capacity will be large but limited to 180 to ensure room for dancing, so don't delay in buying your tickets.
