"The Secrets Of Tango' Class & Social (Practilonga) with Joni Roco

This week we begin a series on the Secrets of Tango. from the perspective of energy, body dynamics and play. After class we will practice, play and dance together. Each class in the series will accumulate in a fancy movement. This week's fancy move will be the displacement. After class join us for a few hours of practice in a social setting with some great company and snacks We start winding down at 10:30 but go longer if there are dancers. The music is a mix of trad and alternative. The cost for the evening is $8-10, sliding scale. However no one is turned away (contact us to volunteer or to bring food). Bring comfortable shoes that can pivot ( no rubber soles, no flip-flops), a partner is not required. Joni has taught and DJ'd at marathons, festivals and retreats across the country.
