The Self & The Tribe: A Movement & Vocal Intensive Workshop

🌸 Collective empowerment only works if the individual is empowered: We don't need more people who follow, be the example you want to see. 🌺 In this two-day intensive workshop, we begin to explore and deepen what for us are some of the cornerstones of social transformation: Movement and Vocal work. With dynamics and techniques from different disciplines such as contemporary, somatic movement, contact, physical theater, popular singing theory, essential & Afro-Latin singing. Accompanied with introspection exercises that will catalyze the development of the experience with a faithful purpose: 🌼 "We don't learn to dance and sing just because. We do not believe that self-awareness is everything: We invite you to explore beyond thought and self observation.
