A 2 day Movement & Vocal intensive workshop in Punta Zicatela!! 🌸 Collective empowerment only works if the individual is empowered: We don't need more people who follow, be the example you want to see. 🌺 In this two-day intensive workshop, we begin to explore and deepen in Movement and Vocal work. We will travel through dynamics and techniques from different disciplines such as contemporary, somatic movement, contact, physical theater, popular singing theory, essential & Afro-Latin singing. Accompanied with introspection exercises that will catalyze the development of the experience with a faithful purpose: 🌼 "We don't learn to dance and sing just because.
