NEWPORT BEACH! The Barndance Boogie is back, and it couldn’t have a better lineup! First, Snakebite Sven powers up his turntables with honky tonk and western swing chestnuts for your dancing pleasure. Then, Jordan Bush & his Packrats return to JAX with their power string trio, delivering enthusiastic hillbilly twang for the first half hour. Following more Snakebite swing, Lil’ Mo & The Lonesome Crows step onto the Campus JAX stage for an hour of fun-filled, foot-tappin’ retro western swing and country classics. Then, we’re bring their Bakersfield Sound to the supper club’s dance floor, with lively versions of Buck, Dwight and Merle plus original two-step tunes. All evening, all-around all-star musicians include exceptionally skilled guitarists, fiddle-players and steel guitar specialists, bringing home the down-home sound of the very danceable Barndance Boogie! It’s a showcase at a supper club with full dance floor and full dinner menu and free parking, plus it’s 18+. Doors open at 3:30 pm for dancing with a 4:30 start time for the Packrats, downbeat at 5:15 for Lil’ Mo’s miscreant musicians, all followed by the Soda Crackers’ honky tonkin’ hillbilly heart-aches around 6:30 pm.
