The Swing Knights Present Swing Night

Hey everyone, come join us with us as we dance the night away! 8:15 pm - 9:00 pm: $1 Beginner Lesson 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm: $5 Social Dance Whether you’re new or returning, the beginner lesson is a great way to review fundamental Lindy Hop moves and serves as a way to get your “toes into the water”. Afterwards you can use those skills during the social dance, the best place to use what you have learned! Beginner Lesson Teachers: Yash Bhosale and Shyanne Taylor This dance will be held just north of UCF at University Performing Arts Center (UPAC), located at 160 Alexandria Blvd, Oviedo, FL 32765. Drive around back to park in the lot behind the building, then come on up the stairs! Elevators are also available on the first floor if needed. **Since our dances are held off campus, Swing Knights has created a carpool group to help get our members connected with rides! The UCF Swing Knights host free Wednesday evening progressive lessons along with a Friday night swing dance for students and dancers in the community almost every single week of the year! We provide a basic beginner lesson taught by competition-winning instructors before the dance, live swing DJs, and awesome birthday jams! Sign ups are first come, first serve, and you will have to come up and ask any one of the officers if you would like to volunteer.
