GIORGIO CUSCITO & SWING VALLEY BAND play at ✯ the first Roma Lindy Exchange ✯ on Sun, 8 JUNE 2014 GIORGIO CUSCITO & SWING VALLEY BAND Swing music to dance and listen to. As if by a spell the atmosphere of the famous venues in Harlem in the 1930s - The Cotton Club, The Savoy, The Paramount – is recreated by the renowned and adored Swing Valley Band orchestra, directed by multi-instrumentalist and music arranger Giorgio Cuscito. The line-up: Giorgio Cuscito, musical direction and arrangements, tenor sax; Mario Caporilli, trumpet; Ferdy Coppola, tenor sax and vocals; Marco Cortese, guitar; Alberto Antonucci, double bass; Fabiano Giovannelli, drums; and Monica Gilardi, vocals. The repertoire is particularly chosen for Lindy Hop dancing, which in recent years has once again become all the fashion.
