Do the math, and add years and joy to your life) -Movement/Exercise (Healthy bodies exercise with walking or other movement activities at least 3 times a week. Let this be a safe space to get out and move!) -Mental Health (It is proven that group activity in a loving/supportive environment is beneficial to mental health. Let this be your self care/healthcare.) -Community (Ecstatic Dance communities are notoriously supportive and full of amazing individuals looking to make the world a better place, and improve their own circumstances and well being.) -Fun (Life is supposed to be fun. Start your week off right with some playtime guided by the best musicians/djs/producers around) The request has been made, and has been honored by the lovely community at Rooted Heart. Their magical and freshly renovated upstairs space, “The Treehouse” will be our Dancefloor, our Meditation Room, and our Ceremonial Space. Tickets: sliding scale $20-40 at the door.
