About this Event
September is an excellent time to look back over the summer months so full of sunshine, lightness, nourishment, adventures and inner discoveries. Take the time to integrate all that movement and energy. Re-energize and solidify healthy habits and rituals into your everyday life and prepare solid foundations for the busy and productive, but often more introverted autumn/winter season.
If you know us already, you know that we like going deep: deep into the roots of holistic, authentic wellbeing; deep into personal development and the core of thriving; deep into our hearts and souls; and of course, deep into the process of preparing and enjoying delicious food!
We have planned an unforgettable retreat in France, nestled in 30 acres of stunning grounds containing a nature reserve, a spectacular lake and enticing woodland. The holiday will incorporate the rawsome, wild and creatively nourishing food that the Wild Food Café is famous for, daily raw food preparation and instruction wellbeing lectures and personalised guidance, chakra stimulating yoga classes, soul soothing gong baths, heart opening ceremonial cacao ceremonies, evening circles, Thai yoga massage mandala’s, ecstatic dancing, celebration and lots of laughter! It might well be the best holiday ever
Nothing is more precious than consciously discovering the treasures lying deep within yourself and nothing encourages that exploration more than some time in nature with like-minded people, holistic movement and high-vibrational food. So be invited to our Wild Rejuvenation Retreat. Play, learn, discover. We are bringing a wonderful team of super-heroes with us to make sure that all the beautiful, multi-dimensional sides of you are taken care of. We will be delighted for you to join with us…

A light and healthy buffet breakfast, selection of juices, smoothies and teas will be available followed by some free time to enjoy your surroundings, relax, reflect and rejoice!
Towards late morning you’ll have the opportunity for hands on experience in preparing amazing raw food creations, how to use superfoods, balance amazing flavours and all the incredible health benefits of incorporating raw foods into your everyday diet as we prepare the lunch feast together under the guidance and support of Joel, Aiste and the Wild Team.
There is plenty of time after lunch to enjoy a treatment, make use of the meditation space, enjoy the facilities (rowing boats, a wind surf and bicycles), the beautiful nature and throughout the holiday everyone will benefit from some one-to-one time with Joel to discuss their health and diet.
The afternoon lecture will be more theory based on anything from the benefits of fats and ferments, health and the four elements, embracing the sacred and the importance of wellbeing rituals in our lives. You’ll follow all this brain activity and learning by waking up the body with some gentle, playful yoga and meditation.
The group will come together in the dining room for dinner followed by the awesome evening circle activities, including ceremonial cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, Thai yoga massage mandala’s, gong baths and sound immersions.
