Hey beautiful friends ❤ The month of March is a time of transitions, as spring starts to enter and with it a clearing of the old and dead that had piled up through winter. This month's full moon, The Worm Moon, symbolizes awakenings, growth, balance, and new beginnings. It's a time for reflecting on what needs to be cleared and setting intentions for the new growth in your life! This will be The Worm Moon Primal Scream + Meditation and is on Friday March 14th! 💫 The Gathering is from 7pm to 8:30pm at Tall Pines State Preserve! ✨ The Layout >> SHARING + RELEASING: Dropping in with eachother, sharing where we are and what is alive in us currently. Writing down what we wish to let go of that is no longer resonating with us, and throwing it into the fire. >> SOMATIC MOVEMENT: Moving the body to different beats and sounds that bring energy to the surface. With that energy, bringing our inner + outer voices together as we travel towards catharsis. >> PRIMAL SCREAMING: An opportunity to participate in a group catharsis. To reach a level of expression that is intentional and effective. We invite you to use your voice in any way you feel called to. That could look like screaming, howling, singing, or nothing at all. Feel free to come in any way that feels right. The focus of intent is to disperse stuck energy by using the power of your mind expressed through your breathing and screaming. >> MEDITATION + INTEGRATION: A 15 minute Group Meditation will follow 🙏, allowing one to integrate the vocal and energetic expressions. Energy work 🙌 is provided during the Meditation for those that feel called to experience it 💗. ✨ The Exchange 🙏This is a free-will offering. Suggested offering is guided using a sliding scale. These include meditation, yoga, breathwork, primal scream, somatic movement, Reiki, and ecstatic dance + more! They currently offer 1:1 Reiki, Breathwork, and Somatic Healing sessions at locations in NJ and PA. As well as, group facilitation at various addiction recovery centers. With mindfulness practices and compassionate acceptance, they hope to empower others in experiencing the full range of expression. Spencer, like most who find themselves on the healing journey has become an advocate and practitioner of various movement, embodiment, and holistic lifestyle modalities. He is committed to sharing and expanding his knowledge of living more harmoniously with the Earth and creating space where others can feel empowered to live a joyous, fulfilling, and adventurous life! 🌳 This is an outdoors event, please dress accordingly. Bring what will be of comfort for you (blanket, pillow, yoga mat, water, snackies, warm clothes).
