π₯ SCAM PASSES: Please be sure to check with us, via FB Msg or email (zoukheatdc@gmail), BEFORE you send money to anyone claiming to be selling a pass. Zouk Heat is not responsible nor liable should an attendee obtain a fake pass from a scam seller. Scam passes will not be honored by Zouk Heat.
π₯ SOCIAL ONLY PASSES: There will be very limited social-only passes available closer to the event as we have capacity limitations at the venue. Once they are sold out....no more will be added.
There is no a-la-carte pass for individual workshops.

π₯ REFUNDS: Refunds will ONLY be granted in the event of sudden illness prior to the event & after the original pass holder has attempted to sell their pass. No other reason will constitute a refund. Don't abuse the refund policy!
