A Retro Dance óra stimulálja a gondolkodást, javítja a testtartást és a koordinációt, több száz kalóriát égethetsz el, miközben önfeledten táncolsz a kedvenc retro zenéidre. Roger az órái alkalmával látta, hogy a vendégek boldogan táncoltak a jól ismert zenékre, ezért hozta létre a a 60 perces Retro Dance órát. A workshop előzetes tánctudás nélkül is látogatható. ▫️Kezdő Reggaeton Workshop A workshopon a Reggaeton alaplépéseivel ismerkedhettek meg Roger vezetésével, vérpezsdítő latin ritmusokra és zenékre. Among many others. The Workshop has two parts: ▫️80’s & 90’s retro dance class 15:00-16:00 A cardio dance class featuring movements inspired by various styles of Music and Dance from the 80's and 90's. Very similar to Zumba classes. The Retro Dance class stimulates memory, helps with posture, burns calories, improves coordination, while you enjoy dancing to the hits that we loved so much in the eighties and nineties. The dynamics of the class means that you can adapt to the repetitive steps very easily. Roger Mejias created this class after seeing that many people enjoyed the old musical hits more, and the dynamics implemented in his classes. He created this class for all people in general who may or may not have dance experience. ▫️Basic Reggaeton Workshop 16:00-17:00 In this workshop he will teach the basic steps of Reggaeton.
