This Thursday 7-30-26 at Tango Utopía Special Guest teachers 🌹Intermediate Class taught by Karen Jaffe & Dance Partner 7:30-8:30pm $20 per dancer. We will accept cash, Venmo and PayPal. 🎶Práctica will be carried by Karen’s exceptional Partner from BA, as our Guest DJ 🎶 $10 for práctica Or $25 for class and practica package. All will be in the upstairs studio. 💞 Karen Jaffe is a local maestra from the Asheville area. Practicing tango for over 30 years. She is not only an amazing teacher, DJ and keystone in our greater tango community. She travels extensively to continue her own education and to teach, DJ and perform. She continues to study with numerous masters and is fortunate to work with a variety of skilled partners, evolving both as a dancer and a teacher. Karen is well known for her skilled, engaging, and musical dancing in both roles, and for her easygoing, fun and playful energy. In the end this is a social dance, and we want to experience a good feeling with our partner, no matter what movement we are creating together. BOTTOM LINE- It’s not “what” you do, but “how” you do it!” These workshops are designed to start at a fundamental level and progress based on the level and ability of the group, by the end to engage and challenge the most experienced dancers!
