Thursday Swing presented by Portland Lindy Society featuring: Doug & Dee's Hot Lovin' Jazz Babies $10 at the door (Volunteer and get in for FREE! See post under Discussion the week of the event.) Dance lesson instructors Brenda Russell DJ music for band breaks provided by Eddie Montejo 21+ Portland's premier weekly, live-music, swing dance. Every Thursday from 7:15-10:30 pm Doors open at 7:15 Beginner swing dance lesson at 7:30 Live music and social dancing from 8 to 10:30. Venue bar is open for the entire event - this event is now 21+ and your drinks can be brought into the ballroom. No partner necessary, and you are welcome to join us and watch if you're not ready to step out quite yet!
