Time Turner - JiveSwing 1940's Street Party

JiveSwing will be running a FREE outdoor, 1940's Street Party, as part of the huge St Albans Time Turner event, where the whole Town Centre, will be transformed back in time. JiveSwing.Com will be taking you back to the 1940's, with vintage singers, performances and FREE swing dance classes, (for children and adults), throughout the day, with dancers dressed in vintage, military and civilian costumes. There'll be live music, stalls and a host of other entertainment on the day. LOCATION: 1) We will start with a New Orleans style parade from Torrington House Hotel near Cafe Rouge. Please meet us there at 11.15am ready to start the street party! 2) Main Stage Area - The rest of the day we will have live music, dancing and classes in the Market Area, between the Town Hall and M&S.
