To understand flow we first need to understand connection. You will learn how to approach connection beyond what you feel with your partner. You will explore the space around you, the music you move to, and most importantly, yourself.
The second part of the workshop will focus on awareness of the subtle moments between the steps, the pauses, the breaths, the shifts in energy. These elements are the secret ingredients to flow.
