We're thrilled to welcome back DJ Maasha to spin for us on the 18th of September! Her musical selection, and plethora of sounds is bound to light up the dance floor, giving us that extra energetic boost that we need to feel inspired, recharged, and thoroughly worked out. We are also blessed to have the highly gifted and respected- Andrew 7 Sealy teaching an introduction to Acro-Yoga for the first time at our dance floor. As we ramp up for the Autumnal Equinox, we will come together with intention and celebration using the movement as meditation and the freeform dance as our medium for connection and liberation. The major driving force behind her DJing is her dedication to the evolution of consciousness. He is the Co-producer, resident facilitator/ instructor, and healing arts practitioner of Ecstatic Dance Los Angeles. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *** HOW IT WORKS: To begin, a special warm up yoga or movement class is facilitated by skilled practitioners. The opening class blends seamlessly into the the two hour freeform dance journey facilitated by our guest DJ.
