Jen is one of the city’s most sought-after musicians, working as both a bandleader (Jen Hodge All Stars, Company B Jazz Band, etc) and a sideman (Diane Lines’ JUMP!, Universal Gospel Choir, Bria Skonberg, etc). Comfortable - and typically excited! - in a huge variety of musical settings, Jen has performed all over Canada, the USA, France, and in the Caribbean, and appears on more than a dozen albums. The Jen Hodge All Stars, Jen’s project dedicated to authentic performance of music written between 1900 and 1935.. The band has performed at numerous events and festivals around BC. Jen has directed and played with groups for CBC Radio and CTV productions, is a regular at major swing dance events all over the Pacific Northwest. St. Valentin's sultry burlesque number by Cara Milk Solo Charleston performance and Acrobatic dance number by Port-O-Swing. Special Roller Blander performance by Chris Neima - Chris has skated the streets of Vancouver since 1991. He can be seen roller dancing to tunes playing on his portable record player at beaches, skate parks, and parties all over the city. He teaches skate classes at the roller girl shop Foot stomping Electro Swing beats by Phucian plus our good friends DJ Pandemonium and DJ K-Tel And of course dance lesson to show off your swing moves to live retro sound of Jen Hodge trio.
