Order of events ~
7-7:30
Mia Mystika's spoken word paired with ambient sound healing music by FVTVRE will guide us through the beginning. Mia will guide us through discovering movement and meditative practices and help us to warm up our flow and connect with our bodies and minds.
7:30-9:30
Following the tantric experience, we will dive into movement medicine music which will guide us from a state of meditation into our highest forms of dance.
Jason Burruss' music project FVTVRE will be live mixing music, sending us on a journey of dance rhythms from all over the world.
Culminating into a shared frequency of movement, and stillness, bringing our hearts up and down into waves. An ecstatic exploration of conscious bass music.
We welcome guest musicians into the mix, and will have live percussion and instrumental elements layered throughout the night. Each month we feature a special guest instrumentalist, we look forward to surprising everyone with collaborations.
9:30-10
To bring our hearts into stillness and close the circle, we will settle from dance into ambient meditation. All are welcome to invite stillness and breath into their movement practice, or enjoy slow meditational movements as we bring the container to close with healing forms of ambient music.
10-11
Closing Circle and Community.
We will have a closing circle for shareback and community announcements. After the circle, all are welcome to stay, meet the hosts or converse with friends.
