TONIGHT! Urban Awakening - Healing Heart Journey

This will be a very special night dedicated to the healing of our hearts. We accumulate so much heart debris from everyday life experiences and we seldom have any dedicated time to be with the sadness and pain in our heart, giving it room to be felt and transmuted into healing. Guess where all of that debris gets transferred? To all other parts of your life and relationships. This night we dedicate allowing ourselves to fully feel it and fully also let go. We will do our inner work together as a loving community, then celebrate and further release and integrate the healing through gentle body movement. ✪✪✪ SCHEDULE ✪✪✪ 7:45pm - Grab tea from the lounge and grab a seat and meet community! 8:00pm - 9:30pm - Doors Close! They are best friends on the Awakening journey and seek to share their passion with the world as an act of love and service. ✪✪✪ Craig Wenaweser, M.A., MFT, is a spiritual teacher and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been studying and practicing various forms of eastern spirituality, western psychology and meditation for over 15 years. Through an integration of meditation, spiritual inquiry and a focus on self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-love, Craig guides students and clients to a direct experience of the peace, joy, balance and wholeness of their true nature. Creator of the Double Bass Sound Bath, Nate channels the healing vibration of the whale song to create a transformative environment for his listeners. Leading the Bay Area improvisors collective, Thieves of the Sun, Nate creates musical experiences custom tailored to the sonic environment he finds himself in. His improvisations can be described as a mix of Burning Man Psychedelic Jam Bands, Ecstatic Dance, Shamanic Sound Healing, and Ethno-World Tribal Fusion.
