Tribal Heart Ecstatic Dance Kona

Kona, Hawai'i...Join Us for a night of Movement Medicine! Tribal Heart Ecstatic Dance will feature primarily tribal, jungle, trance beats. Move freely like the jaguar spirit. Slide on the floor like a snake. Spread your wings like a jungle bird. Benye recently moved to Kona. He has hosted ecstatic dances in California and Mexico (see music samples below). ~ We begin in a circle, with group breathing ~ We dance for more than an hour ~ We end in a circle, with chanting and gong Don't miss this one! Come out and dance with the conscious community. Kona Dance and Performing Arts Center hosts Kona's best ecstatic dances. They have a wooden dance floor and incredible lighting.
