Physically, it nourishes the body, and contains very high Calcium, as well as Iron, Magnesium and the B vitamins, and contains a compound Theobromine, that expands the blood vessels. Spiritually, the spirit of the Cacao works primarily through the Heart, in a gentle and powerful way, to allow clarity, release, and opening of space within.
