Caribbean VIBES UP with TropiCali Dancehall's Whine & Dine!! Learn some new dance moves and enjoy some of the BEST Caribbean food in the Bay! This is an outdoor LIVE event!!! Meet me at Level 13 for an evening of FUN and ENJOYMENT! We will start out the night with a dance class led by myself, Aimee Rose of TropiCali Dancehall, training our waistline, practicing some sweet dancehall steps, and a little fun choreography. After we can stay and enjoy each others company and some delicious, mouth watering, Caribbean food - jerk chicken, brown stew, ital options, festival, and the best damn rice and peas in America! [BIO] Aimee Rose Aimee Rose aka @tropicalitrapsetta is a proud San Franciscan but a passionate Jamaican dancehall dancer. She began her passion for dancehall in 2013 with her friend and mentor @charlottenehm who at the time was traveling back and forth from JA and home, teaching weekly classes. Since then she has studied with all the best dancers in Jamaica and contributed to the development and knowledge of dancehall in the Bay by teaching weekly classes, performances, hosting amazing workshops with Jamaican and international dancehall dancers, as well as leading bi-annual trips to Jamaica ( @bay2ja_dancehallcamp ). She has also choreographed for or contributed choreography to videos with Macka Diamond, Zanni, Easi Money, Los Rakas, Remy Red, Bayonics, MC Rai, Romantique, and Marlee Shore. Aimee is a member of Kimiko Versatile's Versatile Ones, Truth de Leon's BAE Squad, and has her own dancehall company, Frisco Rockaz. She has also performed in Sum Fest 2016 and SNWMF for 7 years straight - amongst many other Bay Area dance achievements.
