Hi I am giving experimental / modern dance classes at Studio58, at the moment on Wednesday mornings 10.00 - 11.00... On SUNDAY FEBRUARY 16 I give a TRY OUT CLASS FOR DONATION 12.00 - 13.00 looking forward to see you!!! :) I give a short intensive, dynamic express full class we start with a warm up connected to the coming choreography we work with how to fill the movements with expression and play with contrasts and character and how to play with the sequences time wise. I use varying and inspiring music as experimental, classic, instrumental, retro, tango etc. Class is suitable for beginners and more advanced dancers. I've been dancing for 15 years, completing programs in dance training at Dance Works, Tanzfabrik and Dock 11 in Berlin. I'm also trained as a dance teacher, having studied pedagogy at Dock 11. Through dance training I also discovered Yoga as a perfect partner practice for body conditioning and all-round health so I went to India to complete my first Yoga teacher training [email protected]
