TSD Next Step Series: Bachata Bootcamp with Alisa & Hulda

Our "Next Steps Series" brings a special 3-hour Bachata Bootcamp with Alisa and Hulda dedicated to softness! Who are Alisa & Hulda? Alisa and Hulda are currently based in Helsinki, and they are two role rotators, who have Master level degrees in teaching and sport sciences. They both have over a decade of experience teaching different skill based exercises/sports(etc. acrobatics, pole dancing, swimming, PE). What their classes include? "We use science based techniques which will make you conscious about your own body movements and transfer the knowledge into your muscle memory. You will fine tune your social dancing skills and learn to play with it. " What will you go home with? After the workshops you know what makes a leader or follower feel soft and connected, how to make it happen in your own dance and how to not get stuck in the same figure loops.
