Contact Improvisation Jam is a place dedicated to practicing mindfulness and self-inquiry together through movement. We prioritize a safe environment, free of judgment, fostering mindfulness and support for one another and the space. Each participant's individual physical and mental state contributes to a diverse range of organic movements and interactions. Your safety is our top priority, so please be mindful of your well-being while engaging in this dance form.
