Tuesday Night Blues! DJs Duane and Jamie-Lynn

Do you like any of these things - Dancing, great music, new people, or fun? Join us for a night of Blues dancing in the biggest community in the nation. Don’t know what that is? Don’t know how to dance? Let us show you both in our $5, 7:45pm class on the fundamentals. No partner? No problem! We will get you confidently dancing in less that an hour until late into the night. If you’ve been dancing a while and either checking out the community, visiting, or actually reading the event, join us for our $7, 7pm intermediate lesson. It’s challenging and will level up your dancing! Your instructor this month is Aimee Eddinss, collaborating with the one and only Rex Peoples who will be storytelling to add history and context to the lessons. The intermediate class series will be exploring a specific song or artist each week and exploring a Blues idiom that goes well with that musical style. This week will be looking at Gospel Blues and how it ties in with the Blues we know. This week's fundamentals lesson is on Ballroomin'. You won't want to miss this!
