We Dance Barefoot - To connect more fully with the Ground (socks are welcome, and if you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, go for it) We Dance Without Words - Allowing us to enter a Meditative State. No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators. No Talking from the Dancers. We Dance As We Are - No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Should's, No Oughts… Be Yourself. Respect Yourself, the Space, and One Another.
