Tuesdays Feldenkrais into Improvisation

I’m organising Feldenkrais into improvisation online classes NEW! The class will be on Tuesday at 6pm uk time (6pm-7.15pm) I’m proposing a block of three classes 26th May/ 2nd/9th June Solo dancing in quarantine! Feldenkrais into improvisation With a short Feldenkrais class, by observing our sensations and valuing our personal insights, we will clarify our choices in order to promote efficiency, freedom and new possibilities in our physical organization. The embodied experience of Feldenkrais, the discovery of new pathways, will inspire and support our solo dancing. Continuing to trust our sensations, we will work with larger and more complex movements using the space that is available to us. In a state of playful learning, the emergence of new possibilities will give us a reinvigorating sense of ownership and pleasure in our dancing. At the end we will come together in front of the screen to share and reflect on the experience. 25£ for 3 classes or 10£ drop-in its first come, first served!
