Maximum 4 couples, and the couples will dance with more than 2 meters distance from each other.
It is also interesting for those who attended the first edition of this workshop - this time we will add more new variations and tips for you!
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
TURNS
We will work on solo technique for turns in general, how to shift weight, spot, and balance your body.
SPINS
Spins are turns on one leg, often with more than one turn. In this workshop we start up slowly, learning first to do one spin correctly and then we increase the difficulty by moving on to 2-5 spins and then 5-10 spins. We practice technique alone and balance, along with leading and following techniques to integrate spins into social dancing.
The workshop will be 2 hours.
