Bachata Focus | 3 Hours This focused 2-part intensive is designed to improve your balance, control, confidence, and execution of turns and spins - specifically adapted for Bachata, with skills transferable to all partner dance styles. Class 1: Spins & Turns Technique (1 hr 10 min) – 1:00 PM. Build a strong technical foundation with full-body mechanics, balance, and spotting. Learn how to manage dizziness while mastering the 7 key elements of clean, stable spins, and take home practical drills you can use for long-term improvement. Class 2: Turns & Spins in Bachata Partner Work (1 hr 40 min) – 2:20 PM. Refine your Bachata partner turns with proper hand connection, preparation, balance, and smooth lead & follow execution. Work through single, double, and progressive spins with clear technique breakdowns and dedicated Q&A.
