This is a cozy, all-ages dance. Parents and caregivers are invited to stay close to their little ones, help model kind and respectful movement, and take gentle breathers together outside the room if tender moments arise. 🤗 All skills, abilities, and identities welcome! ❄️ The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, inviting us into a sacred pause as the seasons transition. All of Nature is preparing for stillness, slowness, and the deep warmth still held beneath the surface.
