UCWDC Champions DeFreest, Mercedes Return to WCW on Nov. 13th

2019 UCWDC Division 1 World Champions and Professional ballroom instructors Newell DeFreest and Rachel Mercedes return to West Coast Wednesdays (WCW) on November 13th. “We’re elated to return to teach at WCW,” Rachel says. “We hope to see familiar and new faces and share our dance knowledge with this wonderful community.” Newell and Rachel will teach two lessons for the evening: – a 7:00 novice-level lesson – a 7:45 intermediate-level lesson OPEN DANCING Open dancing starts at 8:30 pm with house DJ April Prince spinning current and new West Coast Swing favorites. OUR VENUE Downers Sand Club Sports Bar & Grill has been kind enough to host our Wednesday night dancing. Please support our venue by ordering your favorite beverage from the bar.
