Dear great tango souls Welcome to our second edition of Ukraine Benefit Milonga! The intention of this event is to collect as many as possible donations to support Ukraine in defending its land and lives. Our first edition did have unprecedented success, thanks to all your efforts we did collect 14 030 euro. As it was previously, the team of hosts will cover organisational costs to send all your donations to support Ukraine, via volunteers that we personally know and trust Mik&Julia (life saving tools & medications), Natalia Shylova (supporting several volunteer initiatives - all details would be announced soon). Your donations would be equally distributed between these 2 volunteer initiatives. There's no entrance fee to the event, you pay what your heart will suggest to you. What to expect: 1. You will add your positive heart intention to support Ukrainians who have been particularly hard hit by the war. 2. Location: 145 M2 of a perfect wooden floor +113 M2 to chill, chat, enjoy food and drinks 3. 7h of the best tango selection by 2 awesome DJs: DJ Age & DJ Serjan(vinyl) 4. Authentic home-made Ukrainian food and drinks and Ukrainian souvenirs will make you feel like teleporting in the peaceful and warmly welcoming Ukraine as it was in the pre-war times. All profit from which would be added to your donations: 5. Ukranian suvenirs with hystory that you may buy during milonga. 100 % of what you spend, buing it will be added to the donations. Food: You will have a unique opportunity to taste homemade Ukrainian food and drinks that will be sold at the lounge part of the event’s space. Drinks: Welcome Prosseco will wait for you at the entrance:) At the bar you will find alcohol and soft drinks with friendly prices. Please, do not bring your own drinks/food. How to get there: Public transport: - From central station 2 stops with metro 52 to Vijzelgracht, then walk 6 minutes PARKING: Parking around El Cielo costs €6.50/h.
