Lifetime Tango proudly presents the opening of the 2026 USA Grand Tour with two of Buenos Aires’ most extraordinary tango artists. Join us for a special evening of learning, performance, and social dancing in an intimate underground milonga setting. Evening Schedule 7:00 PM — Workshop with the Maestras Begin the evening with a special workshop led by Liliana Chenlo and Magdalena Gutiérrez, offering a rare opportunity to learn directly from two masters of Argentine tango. 8:00 PM — Milonga Begins Enjoy social dancing in our signature underground milonga atmosphere and share the floor with fellow tango lovers. 10:00 PM — Live Performance by the Maestras Experience an inspiring performance by Liliana Chenlo and Magdalena Gutiérrez, showcasing the musicality, connection, and artistry that have made them internationally celebrated tango artists. DJ Milonga with Liliana “Lily” Chenlo Following the performance, the dancing continues with music curated by DJ Liliana “Lily” Chenlo. The evening will be warmly hosted by Mirek and Jenya, with hors d'oeuvres and beverages served for guests to enjoy throughout the night. About the Artists Liliana Chenlo is an international master, choreographer, and pioneer who made history as the first woman to compete as a leader at the Tango World Championship in Buenos Aires, reaching the semifinals. She masterfully dances both roles, even in heels, and is widely recognized as one of the world’s leading female tango leaders. She is the founder of Open Tango in Buenos Aires and the creator of the International Queer Tango Festival “Love is Love.” Liliana has performed on stages across Argentina, China, Brazil, Turkey, Germany, France, Canada, and the United States. Magdalena Gutiérrez is the 2017 World Tango Champion with more than twenty-five years of experience in the art of tango. Known for her musicality, connection, and expressive clarity, Magdalena explores tango as a living language that blends tradition with personal interpretation. Based in Buenos Aires, she continues to perform and teach internationally at the highest level.
