Who are we beyond our familiar ways of moving, relating, and perceiving? ✨ This Contact Improvisation workshop is an invitation to explore the art of undoing — gently releasing habitual patterns, both in movement and in the ways we organize our sense of self. We begin with foundation Contact Improvisation skills, refining awareness and deepening sensitivity.
