Embracing vastness of being through dance & voice UNFOLDING is finally born!!! We, Lenka & Sarah felt it was about time to bring our vision to life. In this three hour journey, we invite you to dive into our inner landscape through conscious movement and use of voice. Authentic movement, improvised contact dance & voice activation are great tools to unfold into the present moment. A space of love, emptiness & flow. It can be an incredibly liberating and healing experience. Dance anchors us deeper in our physical bodies, teaches us to listen, trust, be creative, releases stagnant energy and reminds of our true nature. We connect to a higher frequency in our physical & energetic body. We peel away the layers that prevent us from living an authentic life. To deepen our journey, we use the voice to activate our vibrant soul, chanting and singing to express our truth and bathe in the connectedness of our community. To conclude our shared experience, we drop into meditation and sound to integrate our journey together.
