This bootcamp will not teach you fundamentals and is designed for improver plus. During the 3 hours you will do exercises to help you to use your muscles correctly and gain more control in weight shifts to achieve a higher quality of movement. The bootcamp will cover: 🔸 Advanced fundamentals 🔸 Leg and hip work 🔸 Energy shifts and sauce 𝗞𝗜𝗭𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 – with Rico Suave This bootcamp is designed to teach music structure and how to differentiate between the music under the Kizomba Umbrella i.e. Kizomba, Semba, Ghetto Zouk and Tarraxinha. Learn dance techniques and isolations, along with enhancing your understanding of musicality. This bootcamp aims to give you key information that will help you to interpret the music to help you to develop your Kizomba style, footwork, and body movement. You will develop the connection, language and the conversation between you and your partner, mirroring your partners movement and dancing as one. The outcome is to enable you to increase your level of musicality within the dance style and using it as a great enhancement to your social dancing. The venue is INSIDE Greenwich University and lower ground and due to the listed building status there is no obvious signage on the building itself. We know it is difficult to find with the published postcodes.
