Dance is my Ultimate Movement Medicine <3 Every Dance is a Sacred Ceremony <3 A practice of igniting the Fire of my Heart, Soul and Spirit <3 And following the Flow of my Body and Energy ~ Connecting deeper within and around in Divine Ecstatic Comm~Union **** <3 We are nearing Samhain, which means “Summers End” ~ during this Portal and the Turning of the Wheel, we are nearing the close of the Harvest season and the transition into Winter… we are invited to reflect on what is falling away, aspects of self and life that we are shedding, composting. There is a pull to turn inward and inquire how am I nourishing and deepening my roots? And it is a time to connect to the Spirit Realms ~ to honor our Guides and all who have come Before **** In the first part of the set, In honor of Samhain we will take a deep dive, to honor, move through, dance with and shake off the shadows, as well as remember, call in and connect to our Ancestors/Spirits/Guides **** Then we will ceL-Lliberate the tradition of Halloween with reminiscent grooves, high vibes, fun & fantastic beats. To close we will flow into a wave of entrancing ecstatic comm-Union **** Feeling an Epic set coming through!!
