Unity Salsa is a Non-Profit Organization. We aim to preserve & promote Latin music & dance AND to provide help & hope to those in need. Once per quarter we hold community dance events, to bring the greater Phoenix dance community together. Funds will be used for programming and events, & to purchase instruments/ materials for rhythm/dance classes. -50% of funds will be used to directly support people experiencing homelessness. For this event, we will be creating hygiene bags for the homeless, costing approximately $5 each. Unity Salsa will be distributing these bags in partnership with the Aris Foundation, a Tempe-based non-profit organization that feeds and cares for the homeless. **Original art created by local artist and dancer - Octavio Duran
