In the evening we will celebrate with a Wild Connection ecstatic dance beginning with a cacao ceremony and end with a sharing circle to integrate. A magical journey into intimacy individually and in community. Experience how your feelings move and integrate that into your internal world with a deep breath journey. We will begin the day with conscious dance, then go into partner and individual explorations into intimacy and relating. Following a light shared lunch we will integrate our mornings expansion with a 2 hr breathwork journey with enRich. Then at 5:30 we will open the doors to any new journeyers to join us and then begin the evening at 6pm with Cacao with Tamsin Kaufman. Embodied Freedom Dj's Jay and Joey Joy will take you on a journey with their Wild Connection ecstatic dance. This is not a usual ecstatic dance be ready for subtle prompts into new spaces and new experiences on the dance floor. We will finish the evening with a facilitated sharing circle to integrate the day. Sybille and Jay from Embodied Freedom have a passion for music, dance, and creating transformational spaces that allow feeling and authentic expression. Sybille is an accredited Open floor teacher and has been leading transformational movement spaces for over 15 years. Jay is a facilitator with over 20 years experience in sacred space as well as being a DJ, photographer and film producer.
